DESCRIPTION:
A loose <PARAM> element is moving content out of a table.
This bug is a spinoff from (the first testcase of) bug 21570.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Start mozilla, load URL.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The text "table row 1 part 2" appears above the table.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The text "table row 1 part 2" appears to the right of "table row 1 part 1"
inside the table (as in IE5 and Nav4.7).

DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
Mozilla nightly build 2000021615 on Windows NT 4.0 sp6.

WORKS CORRECTLY ON:
Communicator 4.7 on Windows NT 4.0 sp6.
MSIE 5.00 on Windows NT 4.0 sp6.
