I hit upon this while working on bug 210502. Currently, methods for Unicode-
aware case conversion  and Unicode character category are not used in
extensions/wallet/src/wallet.cpp (http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/
extensions/wallet/src/wallet.cpp#1758). 

Btw, I'm not sure I got the component for this bug right. If not, I'm sorry and
would be glad to see it better placed
