On blackberry's web client used to manage the mailbox, the delete action appear
scripted with Internet Explorer in mind. The buttons to delete messages do not
work with Firefox, only Internet Explorer and Netscape (allegedly). The site
warns that it only works with Internet Explorer and Netscape.

the specific URL is http://www.blackberry.com/go/vzw (for verizon wireless) but
the interface is presumably identical to other blackberry service providers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to blackberry web client account. http://www.blackberry.com/go/vzw
2. Go to folders/Inbox
3. Attempt to delete a message. Delete button is greyed out.

Actual Results:
Unable to delete message.

Expected Results:
Deleted the message

I notified blackberry via their contact us form on their web page. They do not
have a web site tech support form. I told them that I would not be able to use
the web client until they fixed the problem.
