Password manager does not work at all with page. When I open the page - there is no
box for master password. Then when I enter the date - there is no box whether I
want to use password manager. Finally, the next time I enter the page - the
fields are not filled.

Please  check it and tell me if you have the same or it is just me..

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the url
2. Enter date
3. Quit and open the url again

Actual Results:  
Fields were not filled by password manager.

Expected Results:  
Fill the password/login fields.

The form uses <INPUT TYPE="text" AUTOCOMPLETE="off"> ... 
Support for overriding that in firefox is bug 245333.
