notify .wav file does not initialize when new mail is detected on incoming
server; all settings for mail sound in Mozilla Suite>Edit>Preferences & Control
Panel>Sounds>Sounds Tab are properly set for sound notification

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tried "Custom .wav file in Edit>Preferences; makes no difference
2. Tried turning off all sound associations with incoming mail, then turning
back on, makes no difference
3. Tried re-associating audio file (.wav) with Windows Media Player instead of
Real Player; makes no difference

Actual Results:
None of fixes tried have been sucessful

Expected Results:
In addition to "new mail notification" flag in Mozilla, the .wav notification
file should play through systems audio system, but nothing happens other than
"new mail notification" flag (appears to function normally).
This could be an Duplicate of Bug 276372, which was fixed at 2005-01-18.

Allan, could you try a new Trunk-Build to verify if the sound notification is
still broken or o.k.?
