I'm using bellsouth.net for my ISP. The Google search engine is no longer working with Firefox; it returns a realestate header. It works fine when I'm using Internet Explorer with the same home page.
Summary: Google search box in Firefox Startup Page (not toolbar) will not clear previous search → Google search box in Firefox Startup Page (not toolbar) will not clear previous search
