I whittled this crashing testcase down from the dynamic mangler Bernd posted in bug 282135. It has a TR styled as a table-column-group, and crashes in nsBlockFrame::SplitPlaceholder, suggesting it might be related to issues in bug 280618. And it doesn't crash my debug build (it doesn't even ASSERT)

right. this didn't crash my debug build because it had the fix for 280618, which just landed. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 280618 ***
