That is still a draft and not CR. So there is no call for implementations from the W3C. We also have existing bugs in CSS 2.1 which should be fixed first.

There's probably more than one bug worth of stuff here, too. One issue per bug, please, but don't file lots of bugs on feature requests unless there are particular reasons you want them.
