Details
There HAS to be a bug on this somewhere but could not find one.
When typing a message in text mode, a hyperlink is not displayed as a "live"
link but remains as text only. Would be of great benefit to actually see the
link as a live link for testing purposes among other reasons. Most, if not all,
email applications that I've seen/used display hyperlinks as "live" when typing
in a compose window.

I believe this is a dup of bug 163017 .

Similar enh request but not quite the same as the original bug involved Win2k,
Core, etc and requires the user to right-click to context a choice to "browse
link". I would much rather see the enh as "link as you type".
Need clarification from mscott as to dupe or not I would think. Also, no
activity for three years now.

If it says Core, it's *more* likely to be a dupe.
If it says "Win2K" that usually means that the bug was reported from a Win2K
machine and nobody has updated the platform to All.
