Labels should be customizable beyond just changing their colour. It should be
possible to change the text of the label, add new labels, or delete existing ones.

Steps to Reproduce:
Adding *new* labels is already tracked in bug 114656. This bug is now only for
changing text of existing labels (since there is currently a hard-coded limit of
five).

It looks like this can be controlled in prefs.js by setting properties
mailnews.labels.description.0-5 but a user interface for setting it would be
nice.   Until the UI is in place, the settable property should be documented
somewhere.
Sigh. I didn't see that the label field in the preferences is editable and
wrongly assumed I can only change the colour. Closing INVALID.
