User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

The drop down menus on the upper left side of the site
(http://www.redspan.com/tsandcs.htm) should be displayed to the right of the
main menu, not be overlapping the main menu, i tried using firefox (listed in
the build indetifier) and i downloaded the mozilla browser today (Mozilla/5.0
(Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050111) and they
both had the overlapping menus problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open mozilla or firefox
2. go to the page http://www.redspan.com/tsandcs.htm
3. move cursor over the menus to the left hand side

Actual Results:
the drop down menus appeared directly overtop of the main menu

Expected Results:
the drop down menus should have appeared to the right of the main menu
Tested with Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b)
Gecko/20050215 Firefox/1.0+ and a the Windows 1.0 release. I am able to
reproduce in both.

Safari is able to display the menus.
OS: MacOS X → All
Hardware: Macintosh → All
I am seeing the same as you. The problem is probably within
the file popouttext.js

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
