When you sort your messages, it doesn't keep the current highlighted message on
the screen. The mail client in NS 4.7 didn't behave like this.

For example, if you normally read unthreaded and highlight a message and then
enable threading so you can get some context for the discussion, thunderbird
does not keep your highlighted thread on the screen. You have to go searching
for it. If you have thousands of messages, this can be painful.

This is also true if you have a message highlighted and then sort by date or
sender, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Inbox should have enough messages so that you need to scroll 
2. Highlight a message
3. Sort by Subject, Date, Sender, etc


Actual Results:  
Highlighted message is no longer on the screen.

Expected Results:  
Highlighted message should always visible after a sort. This was what NS Mail did.
