282388 - Can't open TB while composing

When I type in run "mailto:" to just open a new mail to compose, Or if I close 
all windows but the one I am using to compose I can't open TB unless I close 
the mail-composition-window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start TB
2. Click new message
3. Close main window
4. Try to start TB

Actual Results:  
Nothing!

Expected Results:  
Main TB-window reappear.

It is true that re-starting the program (e.g. by clicking on the TB icon on your 
desktop) does not reopen the main window if another window is open.  Apparently, 
there are no plans to do so.

However, the secondary windows (compose, address book) should all have a Tools 
menu with "Mail and Newsgroups" as the first entry, and the  Ctrl-1  shortcut 
should do what you are asking.
