User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041110 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041110 Firefox/1.0 This page is designed to allow users of Panda AV software to select their particular problem with the software by going down three tiers of drop down menus. In IE6 they work fine, but in Firefox the selection of the first does not auto allow the selection of the second. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit the pagehttp://www.pandasoftware.com/support/guide/needhelp.aspx?idSolucion=44&idProducto=36&Tipo=cg 2. Click on the first drop down menu 3. Attempt the second and the second will not be allowed. Actual Results: Failure of ability to continue using the Panda help system to identify problems. Expected Results: After selecting the first drop down, the system automatically allows for the second drop down choice to be made and so on until all three have been selected. Theme in use: Qute 3

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050330 Firefox/1.0+ I also see this strange behaviour. After choosing an item in the first drop-down listbox, the second menu remains greyed out and unpopulated when I assume it should be popuplated with options (depending on what you chose in the first listbox) and not greyed out.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
