User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b) Gecko/20050215 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b) Gecko/20050215 Firefox/1.0+

Nightly Build 15-February
When the extension manager finds an update and generates the little taskbar
window in the lower right corner it does not work when clicking the click for
more information link.
What happens is that the same window is triggered over and over.
So when the link is clicked a new identical task bar window is created and
slides up over the one you just clicked on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install an extension (any) that is not the latest version on 15-Feb trunk.
2.Wait until FF autodetects that there are updates to be found so that the
window in the lower right taskbar area is created.
3.Click the see more info link on that window.

Actual Results:
The window that you click the link on will be recreated over and over in the
same spot.

Expected Results:
Either a tool tip should be presented on MouseOver or a HTML side should be
loaded displaying information regarding the extension updates that are available.

Workaround was to click the update button on the browser and patch it , then the
window in the taskbar went away.
