1.Go to the site

Actual Results:  
It flashes

Expected Results:  
Not flashed and displayed the site
Not an evangelism issue. This was fixed in bug 238493 from what I can tell.
Firefox 1.1 and Mozilla 1.8 do not show the flicker.

Please only file evangelism bugs if you _are certain_ it is an evangelism issue
and not a browser issue. If you aren't certain, don't file against evangelism.
