The JavaScript Console seems to block the ability of Firefox to open a new
window when no other window is present.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Close the initial window that appears
3. Open the JavaScript Console
4. Attempt to open a new window, either with command-N or from the menu
Actual Results:  
Nothing. Sometimes the File menu remains highlighted.

Expected Results:  
A new window should appear.
