Almost all the top menus do not work after using F11 and Print Preview

Details

1.Start mozilla 
2.Press "F11", the mozilla window will be full-screened
3.Drop down the printer icon in toolbar, choose Print Preview
4.Click the "Close" button to exit Print Preview mode
5.Press "F11" button again to exit full screen mode
6.Do step 2 to step 5 again
7.Try to drop down the top menu, for example, try to use "File" or "Edit" or
"Tools" .....

Actual Result: Almost all of them don't work.
