User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: version 1.0 (20041206) I have a filter that puts a message in a folder which I've set to display messages grouped by date. My Inbox shows messages simply sorted by date, and threaded (=> no grouping). When I get a new mail, and switch from the Inbox to the grouped-message folder, the pane is not updated correctly - the message list is further to the right than it should be, and there is a break in the line that makes a "tree" of the messages. This happens *only* when I switch after there's new mail in that folder. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make one folder grouped, add a filter to put some new messages here 2. Switch to another folder 3. Get a new message filtered to the grouped folder Actual Results: There is a glitch in the rendering of the "tree" of messages Expected Results: Correctly displayed the grouped messages tree

Sorry, there's a mistake here. This doesn't seem to happen only when new mails arrive. I'm not sure about a comprehensive list of cases in which this happens, but switching from an ungrouped pane to a grouped pane whose message list take up more than one screen also seems to do this. Let me try to get a screenshot. Also, this seems to only happen when the Thunderbord window is maximised.

I created this by: 1) Marking some mail as new (not always necessary) in one folder 2) Going to the Inbox 3) Going back to the original folder 4) Scrolling the message-list pane up
