Steps to Reproduce:
1. open browser/new tab
2. scroll down any web page
3. click on the tab of the page you have scrolled down


Actual Results:  
(it does not currently return you to the top of that page 


Expected Results:  
i think it would be useful if you were taken to the top of the page you are on

Reopening because it's a valid enhancement request, a duplicate was just filed, and apparently Opera has this feature.

Yeah, right now it works in Opera and Yandex Browser!

After clicking the LMB on the tab, scrolling should go to the top of the page (function of the Home key or Ctrl + ↑). After clicking the LMB again on the tab, we should return to the place where we moved to the top of the page. Like in Opera & Yandex Browser. It is very convenient and saves much time!

If the browser window is not active and click LMB on the tab, the function does not work (the browser window will become active first).
