I have spontaneously lost my profile and all of my bookmarks after closing out 
of a session, and then reopening after about an hour.  None of my saved 
profiles or bookmarks exist, including your site to report this bug.  I had to 
go back to internet explorer to even get to your site to report a problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try and open up firefox from start menu, desktop or toolbar, makes no 
difference

Actual Results:  
got a google search page said default was busy

Expected Results:  
open up my firefox page with all my saved favorites and folders.
