hyperlink not recognised

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.type the url in thr address bar and press enter
2.hover the mouse on the contents
3.view source
4. try the above steps with IE6

Actual Results:  
1. page was loaded.
2. cursor did not change on hover nor did it taken to the linked page on click
3. hyper link is available in the source



Expected Results:  
1. page loading
2. cursor change to hand on hover and opening of the linked page on click.
