If you refresh page (f5) in print preview you are unable to close print preview
window. 
One should 
close problem window if there are several opened 
or
open new one before (Ctrl+N, because no menu bar is available).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open any page
2. file\print preview
3. f5

Actual Results:  
You can not close print preview => close problem window

Confirmed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.5)

Should note that it is not restricted to F5, right-clicking and choosing Reload
does the same thing. Therefore step 3 of Steps to Reproduce should probably say
Refresh the page or something rather than F5 specifically, as there are many
ways to refresh the page (Ctrl-R, F5, Right-click and choose Reload).

And this bug is still valid in Firefox 1.0.1.
