While composing email address book doesn't appear as it does in IE. This is
happening with my rediffmail.com mail account.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log on to any Rediffmail account
2. Click on "Write Mail"
3. Here you'll not find the quick address book
4. Follow the above steps in IE and you'll find address book

Actual Results:  
I couldn't find the quick address book.

Expected Results:  
Quick address book should be displayed.

You can create a free account with rediffmail.com and test it out. Otherwise, I
can send you the screenshots of Firefox and IE in this respect.
