I can't select "No" radio button in the question 35 at
"https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp?lang=4". This problem is very critical
to all users who want to get a visa.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just click "No" radio button in the question 35 - "Has Your U.S. Visa Ever
Been Cancelled or Revoked?"

Actual Results:  
I can choose only "Yes" radio button.

Expected Results:  
the software must offer two choice to users.
