Please add the following parameters to the newchangedmail template:
%product% - the product name
%component% - the component name
%from% - mail address of the person submitting the new/changed bug

The product/component will be used in the subject or body to clearly mark where
the bug is found (usefull for multiple products managed by multiple people)
The from parameter will be used for sending the mail from the person mail
address instead of bugzilla-daemon
