When you have a lot of extension installed it result a long context-menu that it
is not accessible - out of screen (in the upper side). For example I can not
open a  link in a new tab because that it is in upper side of context-menu and I
can not see it. This behavior is for all web pages. The context-menu is fully
functional!! The behavior is the same in several themes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a lot of extensions, I have 62
2. Open any web page that have links
3. RIGHT-CLICK a link in that page !

Actual Results:  
If the link is in the top of the page, the context-menu is not all visible
because his top part is out of screen. If the link is right at the bottom of
page you can see it all. In both case the context-menu is functional, you can
scroll with keybord but you can not see what it is out of screen.

Expected Results:  
It should have arrows in order to scroll up (with mouse) and see the upper part
of context-menu. Sometime there is an arrow at the bottom of context-menu, but
not for the upper part of the menu (context-menu).

I tried with the latest build (16th Feb. 2005) , the same behavior.

Attachment: Unzip and see 3 screenshots of my context-menu

I took 3 screenshots of my context-menu, opened on the same web page. The
difference is the position of the link from what I right-click it.
As you can see the context-menu exceed the screen of my PC and I am not able to
see his upper side. From context-menu3.bmp you can see "all" my extenstions.
