when trying to acces citibank account at http://web.da-us.citibank.com, an error
message states that Firefox and the site cannot communicate securely because
they have no common encryption algorithms. No connection can be made therefore,
to CITIBANK's site. This is odd since Firefox worked well with Citibank's site
in the past.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.citibank.com and attempt to sign on to 'bank accounts' from the
dropdown menu
2.the error message appears as soon as you select 'bank accounts' from the menu,
every time.
3.

Actual Results:
no access to citibank bank account possible.

Expected Results:
proceeded to the logon screen.

i used to be able to use firefox to access bank accounts at CITIBANK without any
problem. given CITIBANK's size and very large number of customers, i would
imagine that many other people are having (or will encounter) this problem as well.

i love firefox and would like to use it exclusively, but at this point, i must
use MSIE if i need to access Citibank.

While I do not experience the problem on that citibank site, I do experience it
on https://mail.emich.edu

mail.emich.edu works fine in the mozilla suite, just not in FF. In mozilla, I do
get an error about it being low grade encryption, but at least it works.

mail.emich.edu is a different issue and should be filed as a separate bug.

I can't reproduce the issue with citi using ff15, so marking works for me.
