Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.submit a bug with the OS set to 'Mac OS X 10.0'
This "spurious option" *only* appears in the Bugzilla Helper/guided form (and is
the first/default option presented when using a Mac to submit a bug this way).  

New and unsuspecting users (the very folks getting the guided form) may not
realize there's another (valid) Mac OS X option below.

Although this issue is mentioned in bug 275064 comment 7, I think that bug is
about an entirely different issue, so confirming this bug about the supurious
"Mac OS X 10.0" entry.
