There are no accesskeys for the following items in show_bug.cgi:
- bug status radio options
- bug resolution dropdown
- duplicate bug # field
- re-assignment field
- commit button

Could these be added, to make it possible to drive bugzilla more easily with a
keyboard?

access key for commit would be great for me. (as long as it doesn't introduce
any be "dangerous" side effect)
