Most basic keyboard commands are documented on the above URL and in the help,
like the arrow keys, Escape, and Enter.

Two that are missing:

Tab - Move to next link or control.
Space - Toggle checkbox state.

The second one in particular is not very discoverable.

Reproducible: Always
If things like PageUp for "Go Up One Page" are listed I can see the case for Tab
and Spacebar.
Reassigning, since this component is for Mozilla application suite Help.

Are those shortcuts consistent across platforms? (Mac, Linux)

I've got confirmation that they work on Linux, but have yet to get confirmation for Mac.
I got some info re: Mac behaviour. The tab button only navigates to text fields on Mac, because the preference accessibility.tabfocus is set to 1 on Mac, whereas it's set to 7 for Windows and Unix.
(See bug 140612)

As such, I think it would be best to just leave out mentioning the <Tab> button.
