When visiting the site http://sci.cu.edu.eg it has only two buttons. When you
press the mouse button the link does not work in Firefox while when using MS
Explorer the link works for both buttons on the scree.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit the site http://sci.cu.edu.eg using firefox.
2. move the cursor to English button and press twice
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
It sould take you to the next llink

When you use MS IE it takes you to the next link as expected.

The page uses invalid markup, and, according to html standards, never actually
links to the page its trying to get to. Over to Tech Evangelism.
