Since I did my updates, whenever I click on a drop down menu to choose something
(IE The Operating System Drop Down on this page), it won't select my option (I
selected MacOS X, yet Mac OS X 10.0 is still selected) Then I try and click
elsewhere on the page and teverytime I click, the menu opens again, I have to
get it closed, hit enter then I can click elsewhere.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:  
Selected the option I chose!
