There is a facility to display user comments on particular 'extension' detail
pages, however there is no apparent mechanism to add user comments.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.eg for Auto Copy - Firefox Extension, load page...
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&version=1.0&os=Windows&id=383
2.Look for add user comments.  uh uh no can find!

Frustration

Expected Results:  
Allow users to give feedback on extension programs.
It is on purpose.
