Details

The JAR file cache is being placed in the components directory.  This won't work 
, since many UNIX users won't have write access to this directory.  If we're 
going to have a cache like this, then it needs to reside in the profile dir.
This problem will go away with bug 24765 -- using disk cache to manage jar 
files.
