User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041110 Firefox/1.0 (PowerBook) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041110 Firefox/1.0 (PowerBook) I've tested the bug with Firefox 1.0 on both Mac & PC. On the PC there's no problem, but if you accidentally hit caps lock on the Mac, you're unable to press Command+l to go to the address bar. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. press Command+l (It works) 2. activate caps lock 3. press Command+l with Caps Lock on. Actual Results: Nothing .. Expected Results: Command + l should be case-insensitive ;)

Is this the same issue as bug 178110 and bug 158679 ?
(In reply to comment #1) > Is this the same issue as bug 178110 and bug 158679 ? Basically yes. However the address bar shortcut isn't mentioned in any of the mentioned bugs, as they primarily focus on Windows specific keyboard-errors (and this bug works just fine on Windows).
Works fine for me in Mac OS 10.3.8 and FF 1.0. What is your version of Mac OS? I would suspect this to be a problem with Mac OS X, rather than with Firefox. Works for me on 0.9, 1.0, 1.0.6 releases and deerpark 20050804. Pressing command-L and typing while capslock is on results in uppercase letters typed in to the location bar.
