Crash Data

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr-FR; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041108 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr-FR; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041108 Firefox/1.0

I was in my "sent" mailbox directory, and thunderbird 1.0 crashed when opening
the message as a new message to edit it and send it modified.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the "sent" mailbox.
2. Rightclick on a mail
3. Select "Modify as new message"

Actual Results:
Thunderbird crashed

Expected Results:
Open the composition window with the original message.

I have sent a trackback TB3773477Z if it can help.
I couldn't reproduce it.

I have to say I use the french (fr-FR) version of Thunderbird 1.0 with the
profile (only the profile) on a USB key. Thus I'm not sure if the "modify as new
message" is the real name of this option.

Before trying to modify the message I did a search with the search-mailbox bar,
but even when reproducing the search the crash doesn't occurs

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
