When I try to add a new bookmark to an existing folder, I don't find it in the
selected folder but in root tree folder

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I press ctrl + D in a page 
2. I select in the dialog  by the right-side button an existing bookmark folder 


Actual Results:  
  I dont find the bookmark in the selected folder

Expected Results:  
add the bookmark in the selected folder

You have any extension installed? Disable them and try again
