When I arrive on the page www.irishrail.ie the date (on the left-hand side)
should automatically be the same as the current date but instead it defaults to
01 January. Also the time should be close to the current time but it defaults to
06 - 18 hours. For example: If I open the page at 16:22 on 18 Feb the details in
the form should jump to 18 Feb, 16h - 22h, but in firefox the page always seems
to stay at the defaults.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the URL http://www.irishrail.ie
2.Check the details in the form on the left-hand side of the page against the
current time and date

Actual Results:
form defaulted to 01 Jan and 06h to 18h

Expected Results:
form should have jumped to current date and (current time) to (current time + 6)

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
