If I want to send an encrypted message your program requires an encryption
certificate. There seems to be no way of importing a public or private key from
a text file created when exporting these from PGP or gnuPG programs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to send an encrypted message
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Cannot be done because there isn't a certificate for the recipient

Expected Results:
Import a PGP public key from a text file sent to me on a CD
Use that to encrypt a message
There isn't native support for PGP (only for S/MIME), try Enigmail (it can use
the same keys gnupg uses), can be found under http://enigmail.mozdev.org/
