282745 - after install of flashgot 0.5.7.5 firefox 1.0 won't install immediately, & ???NO DOWNLOAD MANAGER DETECTED??? APPEARS in 'options' 'general' window

After updating version of FlashGot to 0.5.7.5, Firefox 1.0 opens slowly, if @all
from desktop. (If not, closing, the retrying works, but very sloowly. If not
open, end up w/'program not responding' in MS task mgr).
When Firefox does finally work, highlighting FlashGot in installed extensions
window, & clicking on 'options' in the three buttons below the list of installed
extensions, the 'general' tab, shows '???NO DOWNLOAD MANAGER DETECTED???'.
Please ID the reason, & do restore the functionality of this extension, so
Firefox 1.0, & FlashGot both work optimally, as intended!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double click on Firefix icon in desktop to open it.
2. Most basic scree icons don't appear, just show wordnames on boobmaks toolbar
I have appearing.
3. Functionality doesn't enable on 1st try--must use MS task mgr utility to
disable from occupying CPU's resources, & regain ctl of PC.

Actual Results:  
See items 2, & 3, above.

Expected Results:  
Firefox s/open normally, & quickly. (I haven't tried using FlashGot's
functionality in downloading anything since finding this incident).

*Using XP, SP2

On separate note, whenever I try right clicking the RH mouse button to ustilize
the functionality of 'zoom' image function, I must move cursor to click on any
toolbar button, then move cursor back down to active tab window, then can R
click to see options availabe. Also, if image I want to zoom on is near top to
screen, the options box never appears centered on screen to choose the available
options from. Part or most of the pop-up box is off the screen, when R-clicking
when curson is near perimeter edge of tabbed window.
This has been the case since I installed 1.0PR, & persists now in 1.0.

One final note--after installing updates from the 'options' button in the
'tools' (tools-options-advanced-software update-check now), then exiting
Firefox, & reclicking form Desktop, I always get two error messages relating to
installing install disk, b4 Fireox reopens w/ upgrades installed.
This ceased for a short time after 1.0 appeared, but is now 'back.'
This is a mildly distressing, & time wasting occurance to endure, whenever
updates are installed.

This is not a problem with firefox, it is either with your profile (make a new
one) or the extension itself.
