Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 If the address bar is re-positioned by the user to be next to the File, Edit, View etc menus (so only one line is used) and then the "Restore Defailt Set" button is pressed in the toolbar customize dialogue the address bar in the Navigation toolbar is recreated. This causes a big problem - there are now two address bars, and firefox gets very confused about what to do - even if the Navigation toolbar is not set to display. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install Firefox 1.0 2.Move the address bar to the Menu Bar 3.Hide the Navigation toolbar (View->Toolbars) 4.Press Restore Default Set in Toolbar Customize dialogue 5.Restart Firefox Actual Results: Things go wrong: 1. Upon Firefox start the focus is not with the address bar 2. Typing an address into the visible address bar and pressing enter does not load the site Expected Results: Restore Defualt Set should probably either do exactly what it says - that is put everything back where it was upon a fresh unstall, or be more careful about what it restores - two address bars appear to be a bad thing.

This sounds similar to bug 235910.
