Whenever you change Local Directory of an Account, Thunderbird should be
restarted in order to create the neccessary account structure and files. If you
go on working with Thunderbird immediatelly after changing the local directory,
the client, though doesn't hang, becomes totally inoperable.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change Local directory of any account
2. Send or receive mails
3. Try to operate on the mail of step 2.
Actual Results:
When sending mail: stucks at copying mail to 'sent' folder
When receiving mail: only header displayed in mail-list window, no operations
could be carried out on the mail
Expected Results:
Warning message that Thunderbird is about to be restarted.
