after installing the nightly build from 18.02.05 (1.0.0+) thunderbird gets
started and scans all available ports. This results in
- 100% cpu time for thunderbird (now since 15 minutes)
- ZoneAlarm Firewall asks for permission because of any port, until I gave up
and allowed them all

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
still no window to be seen
still 100 % cpu

Expected Results:
no version ever before scanned all my ports. Is it a virus, that no one discovered?
I've seen this behaviour with sunbird also, when I ztried it maybe a month ago.
Meanwhile its 20 minutes with 100% cpu for thunderbird
I give it up now: 30 minutes
In task manager I see a continous running thunderbird process, joined by a
temporarily running second thunderbird process
Version: unspecified → Trunk
Reporter: Does this still appear with a nightly build from today?
Hi Frank,

tried it with build from today and it is ok again. There is just one difference:
Talkback couldn't be installed, because of error -214 DOES_NOT_EXIST. But ok,
you may close it
ok, the talkback problem is another bug (just search for the error, it's already
filed somewhere in Bugzilla).
