User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; cs-CZ; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041217
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; cs-CZ; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041217

I have populated the text of the size 89033 characters into textarea - it is
displayed OK.
When I make CTRL+A, CTRL+C and paste it somewhere e.g. into another textarea
only a part of it is coppied - exactly 5912 characters. When I make post it also
sends only 5192 characters instead of 89033. M$ IE works fine :-(

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use mozilla suite 1.7.5 on Win XP
2. Open page with textarea with long text (89033)
3. Focus into textarea
4. CTRL+A CTRL+C
5. CTRL+A <Del> CTRL+V
Actual Results:
Only part of the copied text is pasted (5912)

Expected Results:
The whole text should be copied

The text in textarea is Html transformed from MS Excel Sheet with commplicated
formating.
Firefox 1.0 makes the same.
Version: unspecified → 1.7 Branch
I have found where the problem is:
The text contains the following code:
	mso-number-format:"#,##0.00\ 022Kč022";

If I replace the text in quotes with eg. General then IT WORKS FINE.
Can you please upload a simplfied text case (HTML example) - it's hard to
reproduce this problem without an example to work from.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
