Looks like a regression due to bug 260560.  Anytime I open up a download dialog
to get a file, I have to click the OK button two times to start the download. 
This was not a problem before the checkin for 260560, so something is broken.
Not a huge bug, but a pain in the ass and regression that we should fix.  I
can't set the blocking-aviary1.0.1 flag.  Dan/Chris, can you do that for me.
