When an alarm window pops up, the snooze length option for time units ends up
hidden behind the alarm window.  It can still be chosen using the keyboard, and
functions properly otherwise.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an event with an alarm.
2.Wait for alarm to go off.
3.Click drop-down menu in snooze option.

Actual Results:  
Hours/Minutes/Days choices are hidden behind alarm window

Expected Results:  
Menu should appear on top of window for mouse selection.

This bug has disappeared for me now.  I don't know what happened previously.
