http://addisonavenue.com/content/cu/rates/RealEstateRates.asp Should produce a redirect to the PDF file here... http://addisonavenue.com/content/cu/rates/RealEstateRates.pdf At least that is what is done in Safari. I'll admit I'm not savvy enough with the asp side of things to know if this is something done wrong on the server or page's end of things instead. In FF, I am asked for an application with which to open a file of type asp, and my only valid option appears to be saving the file (which is itself not readable as a PDF file).
This bug is also present in the 1.5 branch under MacOS.
The page is no longer present. Note that if the asp page generates (sends) a pdf file rather than redirecting to it and does not specify a file name in the headers Firefox saves the content (a PDF document) with the name of the script that generated it (RealEstateRates.asp). Doing better is requested in bug 524888
Testcase is gone so assuming that this is actually a duplicate of bug 524888, as explained in comment 2.
