No matter how many times I tell mozilla to be my default mail app (either by
answering to the question that pops up EVERY TIME I open mail/news or by
selecting the checkbox in preferences), after I restart mozilla, it asks me again.
The setting doesn't stick.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select mozilla to be your default mail app
2.close mozilla
3.open mail/news again

Actual Results:
Mozilla will continue to ask if you want it to be the default mail app, plus it
loses that condition.

Expected Results:
mozilla should remain the default mail app afyter asking only ONCE.
