The source of the Maximum PC Softy Award image which appears on the Firefox page
is not obvious, therefore, a 'title' tag should be added to make the nature of
the award clear. Though this would create an inconsistency with the Cnet award
image, I think it's only necessary in the Softy Award case because the source of
the award is not clear from the image.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.look at award image

Actual Results:
unable to determine source of award until going into image properties

Expected Results:
'title' tag should be added to make the source of the award clear
like Announcements/mozillaZine News/Other Mozilla Software of top page
Yes, but wouldn't it be best to put a TITLE tag on all the images? Or at least
the c|net image, for consistency.

Do TITLE tags hurt?
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: PC → All
This is sorted by the change to using text links instead of images in the awards
section of the Firefox homepage.
